Information technology Services - Project Portfolio Management Solution
The City of Burlington is seeking an enterprise level Project Portfolio Management Solution for a 3 year term with an additional 3 year renewal option. This solution is initially expected to support the Information Technology Services department in the management of the Information Technology project portfolios, and then roll out to other parts of the Corporation.
The proposed solution is expected to satisfy the requirements indicated in the Appendix F table: Functionality - Detailed Requirements. Note there are four general groupings of the requirements:
· Functional Requirements
· Usability Requirements
· Implementation and Support Requirements
· Technical Requirements
Each proponent is to indicate for each of the requirements:
· Yes – if the proposed solution fully satisfies the requirement
· Part – if the proposed solution partly satisfies the requirement
· No – if the proposed solution does not satisfy the requirement
· Description – describe how the proposed solution satisfies the requirement. If Part has been indicated, indicate which part of the requirement is satisfied and which part of the requirement is not satisfied.
The timeframe for this work will be from August 30 to November 30, 2012.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Cheques are to be made payable to The Corporation of the City of Burlington. Documents will not be released until payment is received. The City of Burlington is not responsible for delivery delays via courier or mail.
