requests proposals and quotations (such request referred to as the “RFP # 10007592 from interested qualified parties for the following services Building and Infrastructure Condition Assessment and Capital Reserve Plan for Bruce’s Mill Conservation Area (BMCA).
The Consultant service, includes professional services to establish an opinion of the condition of various building element and infrastructure components, and provide probable cost and timing of the renewal requirements, for buildings and infrastructure within the Bruce’s Mill Conservation Area.  A Building and Infrastructure Condition Assessment, a Replacement Reserve Plan and a 30-year Excel spreadsheet have to be provided. The spreadsheet is a summary of the capital costs associated with the repairs (Maintenance cost and Replacement cost) to be indicated in the report.
 
and as more particularly described in the Services described herein and referred to herein as the “Services”, to be provided in connection with TRCA’s undertaking or intention to undertake the following:
 
hereinafter referred to as the Building and Infrastructure Condition Assessment and Capital Reserve Plan for Bruce’s Mill Conservation Area or the “Project”, at, related to or in connection with the following location: 3291 Stouffville Rd, Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON L4A 7X5
hereinafter referred to as the “Site” and the Services are to be performed following notice in writing of acceptance of the proposal and quotation and completed by Sep 10, 2018 following such acceptance (the “Term”).
Proposals and quotations must be submitted in duplicate and electronic pdf format in a sealed envelope in writing to the address 101 Exchange Avenue Vaughan, ON, L4K 5R
to the attention of the TRCA Contact, and in accordance with and shall be subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of this RFP not later than 12:00 p.m. on the 25 day of April, 2018 (the “Deadline”). Any party submitting a proposal and quotation will be referred to herein as a “Consultant” and the proposal and quotation submitted or to be submitted is referred to herein as the “Proposal”.  The Proposal must have clearly shown thereon on the outside of the sealed envelope the name and address and contact person of the Consultant and the email address of the contact person, as well as the RFP# 10007592.
TRCA’s contact herein for this RFP is Almolah Sakir, Asset Management Program Manager, email almolah.sakir@trca.on.ca and is referred to herein as the TRCA Contact.
 The date of this RFP is April 4, 2018

  1. There will be a mandatory site meeting held on Wednesday April 18th, 2018 at 11:00 am at 3291 Stouffville Rd, Whitchurch-Stouffville, meet at the Chalet Building.The terms and conditions of this RFP are as set out herein and in Attachments 1, 2, 3 and 4, as well as Parts A and B.
